Privacy

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, and (if you set one) a password. Sign in with Google gives us your Google name, email, and a unique Google account id — not your Google password.
• School picture-day data that a photographer or school uploads: student names, classes, parent emails, photos, and orders.
• Order and payment details needed to fulfill prints. Card payments go through Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• A session cookie so you stay signed in, plus basic server logs (time, path, errors) to keep the service running.

How we use it

We use this information to run picture day: check-in, matching photos, proof galleries, parent orders, and related emails. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who sees it

• The photographer or school that runs your event can see the roster, photos, and orders for that event.
• Parents see proofs and orders for the children linked to their account.
• Processors we need to operate: Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments), our email provider, and our hosting provider.

How long we keep it

We keep account, roster, photo, and order data while the photographer's Homeroom workspace is active, and for a reasonable period afterward so reprints and support still work. You can ask us to correct or delete your account data.
